| HeadStart Program for engineering schools |

| Neilsoft is currently spearheading the ‘HeadStart Pilot Program’ under the aegis of NASSCOM with three leading engineering schools to better prepare the graduating engineers to enter the workforce and increase their competency for international projects. |
|
| The Pilot Program has been designed to develop future leaders from the engineering community and train engineering students in project management, industry projects, leadership, and other soft skills which are essential for success in industry. |
