Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Background & Skills:

  • Managing sales target goals of the assigned territory - guided by precedent while working within the limits of established policies
  • Responsible for accomplishment of the monthly revenue target for the territory
  • Leverage network with national contracting groups and assist in developing new national contract opportunities, as identified by the National Sales Manager
  • Determine forecasts and act as a player/coach to manage inside and outside sales force, in order to achieve the forecasted goals
  • Responsible for product demonstrations (along with support team) for key accounts
  • Develop relationships with key customers as identified by the National Sales Manager
  • Manage the sales process for the company’s line of products in areas not assigned to direct reports - Generate prospect funnel, handle the sales cycle, map accounts and convert opportunities with long-term purchase agreements for key accounts
  • Maintain & develop prospect pipeline through focused research and share strategic inputs with the Sales Head
  • Manage budget in line with the expense guidelines and generate reports, as required

Desired Skills:

  • Degree / diploma in technical / engineering with sales background
  • 5 to 10 years experience in direct sales, along with excellent sales skills in software solutions
  • 5 to 10 years experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Good knowledge related to Aerospace, Automobile and Heavy Industries
  • Candidates with experience related to CAD / CAM and PLM, will be preferred
  • Ability to create non-traditional marketing and sales opportunities, while building active customer engagement
  • Excellent communications & problem solving skills, along with team building skills
  • Willingness & flexibility to travel in India, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
