Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / any Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Experience and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have prior experience of selling Application Software Products
  • Candidate with experience in selling Autodesk AEC / Manufacturing Solutions or other CAD Products, will be preferred
  • Generating new accounts, obtaining new orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
  • Customize content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer & their segment
  • Focused sales efforts - Studying existing and potential business opportunities
  • Complete quotes in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Represent Neilsoft in a positive & professional way
  • Maintain accurate contact records
  • Regularly follow up on quotations and sales leads
  • Utilize support staff to improve effectiveness of efforts
  • Make good value judgments
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports - Daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information related pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Candidate should be willing to travel occasionally (10% to 15%) within the State of Karnataka
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in or significant knowledge of any CRM Platform
  • Candidate should be proficient in the following Languages: English, Hindi and Kannada
