Job Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should have a prior experience in plant design process and plant engineering industry (Visio P&ID) Business
  • Role expects your contribution in different forms like :
    • Generate Online Enquiries / Downloads on Visio P&ID website
    • Find qualified leads in the assigned region (International market - USA, Europe)
    • Development of Prospect Pipeline through identification and focused research
  • A candidate should work closely with other members of the sales team to support research
  • Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads
  • Respond to online sales requests (with quick turnaround) with relevant Customer specific requirements
  • A candidate will be responsible for multiple territories and preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets
  • Maintain accurate contact records
  • Strategizing cross-functional campaigns to be conducted by Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Generate leads by cold calling for Process Industry Solution (Visio P&ID)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Candidate should have excellent sales skills in Engineering Design Software / Solutions industry
  • Prior experience in or significant knowledge of CRM Platform and tools (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail
  • Excellent communications & problem-solving skills, along with team building skills
  • Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings
