InstallShield Developer (Application Packaging)

Experience: 2 - 8 Years

Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing a package installer or converting existing packages using InstallScript MSI project of InstallShield
• Creating custom actions within MSI to make the applications work according to the company standards
• Candidate should provide well-thought-out recommendations on complex InstallShield architecture issues
• Candidate should have:
  • Extensive experience working with MSI tables and Merge Modules
  • A thorough knowledge of C++ / Windows API for creating custom actions and integrating them with the feature as required
  • Experience working on silent installations for specific applications to automate them for software distribution
