Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical) + MBA (Marketing / Sales)
Experience: 5 - 8 Years in Process Plant Industry

- Candidate will be responsible for driving Process Plant P&ID Software Visio P&ID Process Designer Business through digital sales process.
- Handling online enquiries, downloads, generating leads and enquiries, new business leads and opportunities from specified International Region - Development of the prospect pipeline through identification and focused research.
- Candidate will need to work very closely with marketing team members to support in marketing activities.
- Finding qualified companies and key people in the assigned region (International Market).
- Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads and account.
- Candidate may be responsible for more than one territory and preparing & executing sales strategies to achieve personal business / order targets.
- Strategizing cross functional campaigns to be conducted by Business development and Marketing teams.
- Staying up to date with latest process industry trends
- Competitor Analysis & Positioning against them
- Making Cold Calls in order to find correct leads for Process Industry Solution Visio P&ID Process Designer
- Interested in Sales of Process Engineering Design Software / Solutions.
- Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and ready to handle sales targets.
- Prior sales experience in Process Plant Design / Engineering Software Industry is preferred.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail
- Open to flexible work hours since this is International Sales role
- Ability to execute mail campaigns
- Familiarity with latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mail chimp, etc.)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
