Neilsoft enters India for factory design

February 13, 2008

Engineering services major Neilsoft on Tuesday announced plans to service the India market for plant and digital automotive factory design projects.

The company's focus will not be on the owner's market, instead, it will service the EPC and consultants majors like L&T, BJEL, UHDE, Aker Kvaerner, Sriram, Essar and Reliance Engineering to meet their needs for scale, quality and international experience, which is not easily available in India.

Ketan Bakshi, MD & CEO, Neilsoft, said that the company's ability to organise, build and manage engineering teams and centres and its IT & communications infrastructure with ownership of tools like CADISON and e-PDLM would differentiate it in the market.

Neilsoft is a specialist engineering services and solutions provider catering to clients in the building systems, industrial projects, transportation, industrial machinery, and software segments globally.

It has a team of 750 currently servicing clients across USA, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, and India.
