Position: Piping Design Lead & Onsite Coordinator
Experience:8-16 Years
Qualification: BE Mechanical/Diploma Mechanical/Technical Degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering

Required Skills & Experience:
- Experienced in developing piping designs for process industries, particularly into Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas domains
- Knowledge of ASME 31.3 and other related ANSI, PIP & OSHA standards
- Working knowledge of the operation and function of all engineering disciplines to coordinate and complete the project
- Well versed with AutoCAD Plant 3D software
- Experience with Aveva E3D will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills to interact with onsite and offsite team
- Good Documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Review and comment on project inputs for smooth execution of project
- Participate and develop Plot plan, Equipment layouts
- Develop Project specifications, catalogues, project design guidelines
- Develop Piping 3D Models (Piping, Equipment, inline components, supports, etc) based on PIDs, Pipe Material specifications
- Review and understand various project inputs required for smooth execution of project
- Review and comment on Vendor Drawings
- Collaborate with other disciplines for smooth and timely project completion
- Co-ordinating & resolving RFIs/ site queries for Piping from Client’s Project team
- Prepare, check and review piping 3D model
- Conduct 30%, 60% & 90% Model reviews and corresponding closures
- Prepare, check and review piping drawings (Layouts, Isometrics) and BOM
- Liaison between client and Offsite piping design team
- Monitor and progress all piping design activities schedule, and ensure the deliverable are issuing as per project schedule
- Record of MOM’s & KOM’s of upcoming project related tasks
- Initiate meetings with stakeholders for successful completion of project
